Suggested Uses And Warnings
MR. HYDE MAX PUMP SUGGESTED USE: For maximum stim-free pumps, mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE® Max Pump with 6-8oz of water.† Consume 30-45 minutes prior to exercise.
MR. HYDE NIGHTMARE SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE Nightmare with 6-8oz of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products with caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE Nightmare.
CREATINE MONOHYDRATE SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 scoop of Creatine 300 with 6-8oz of water. Consume prior to training, alone or stacked with your pre-workout. May also be consumed during or after training. For enhanced performance, advanced users may take up to 2 scoops.†
