Suggested Use

Dr. Jekyll Nightmare Suggested Use: Mix 1 packet (16.3g) of Dr. Jekyll® Nightmare Pre-Workout with 8oz of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise.

Mr. Hyde Nightmare Suggested Use: To assess tolerance, mix 1/2 packet of Mr. HYDE® Nightmare with 4oz of cold water. Once tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 packet of Mr. HYDE® Nightmare with 6-8oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Do not consume Mr. HYDE® Nightmare within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE® Nightmare.
