Can I take them at the same time?

Absolutely, that's the point! Mix one scoop of each in 10–12 oz of cold water for the ultimate Focus + Energy workout. The flavors blend to create a third unique flavor (Pink Lemonade in the 30-Serving size, Berry Punch in the 50-Serving size).

When should I take Dr. Jekyll® vs Mr. HYDE®?

How much caffeine is in this product?

Dr. Jekyll® side contains 0mg of caffeine. Mr. HYDE® side contains 200mg of caffeine per serving (about 2 cups of coffee). If you combine both sides in one workout, that's still 200mg total.

What's the warming sensation I'm feeling?

That's the Calorburn GP® (Grains of Paradise extract) on the Dr. Jekyll® side. It activates brown adipose tissue, which helps support thermogenesis. You may notice a mild warming feeling and slight increase in sweating, totally normal and a sign your body is engaged and ready to work.†

What about the tingling feeling?
