Dr. JEKYLL NIghtmare Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of Dr. JEKYLL Nightmare with 8-12 oz of cold water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.

Mr. HYDE Nightmare Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of Mr. HYDE® Nightmare with 6-8 oz of cold water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.

** Get ready for a tingle! Beta-Alanine may cause a tingling sensation that should fade in a few minutes.
