Suggested Use

JEKYLL Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 8-12 oz of cold water.

HYDE Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 6-8 oz of cold water.

JEKYLL & HYDE STACK Suggested Use: Mix ½ serving of Jekyll (1 scoop) and ½ serving of Hyde (1 scoop) with 6-8 oz of cold water.

Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.

Assess tolerance by taking ½ serving of HYDE Nightmare the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE® Nightmare.
