Love this shaker and it doesn’t make a lot of noise when you shake it!!

Hyde Nightmare hits hard everytime. It’s the best pre workout I’ve had since the days of original Jack3d (yes. I am old). Pro supps is a great company too so I’m always happy to give my money to people who make good stuff and fix things when they go wrong.

pretty good, the lid is difficult to screw on and you might accidentally get your drink everywhere lol
