SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE Nightmare with 6-8oz of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products with caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE Nightmare.

This product contains 300mg of caffeine, the equivalent of approximately 3 cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is an amino acid that boosts nitric oxide production- the molecule responsible for dilating blood vessels.
