I use hide extreme at work instead of coffee. One bottle lasts one week. It works perfectly. The energy boost starts quickly and stops slowly and gradually. I thoroughly enjoy using it and will not use anything else.

I love the snap close on this shaker cup it makes it really easy to shake my drink without the chance of it spilling. I also love holder on the lid. I walk with my daughter a lot and it makes it very easy to push her wheelchair and hold the cup.
